Let’s flip the script? We often hear about the importance of companies doing background checks on candidates. But, here's a thought - shouldn't candidates be doing a background check on companies too? 🤔
While a candidate might stretch the truth about experience or pay, a company might fib about its culture. And honestly, that's WAY scarier! 😱
Let's call the employee-company relationship whatever fancy term we want, but here's some real talk: When you dedicate 8-9 hours of your day to a company, you're essentially gifting them 1/3 of your life, daily. 🕰️ So isn't it fair for us to ensure we're walking into a genuinely positive environment and not a facade masking a toxic culture?
